Just like most of us, we’re planning for the new year which includes changing our ways for the better. You’re keeping up with your gym routine and skin care routine which includes drinking more water. How much water should I drink?

Because everybody is different, it differs on how much water a person should drink. Most doctors recommend eight 8-ounce glasses of water which is about 2 liters every day — the best way to measure this to use an 8-ounce glass or water bottle that marks the fluid ounces.
