Dr. Deborah Longwill is a Board-Certified Dermatologist with more than 30 years of experience caring for the South Florida community. After completing her medical degree at Nova Southeastern University and a prestigious three-year dermatology residency in Miami, she became board certified in 1992 and founded Miami Center for Dermatology, a boutique, privately owned practice dedicated to exceptional patient-centered care.
For three decades, Dr. Longwill has intentionally chosen to grow one practice, not a chain, creating a warm and welcoming environment where patients receive truly personalized attention. She takes pride in elevating the patient experience with thoughtful touches such as complimentary valet, coffee, sparkling water, and a familiar, attentive staff.
Aesthetic Expertise with Integrity
A true artist in cosmetic dermatology, Dr. Longwill was performing Botox and aesthetic injections long before the rise of med spas, making her a pioneer in the field. Known for her honesty and ethical approach, she will never recommend unnecessary treatments, and if she feels a patient does not need more filler, she simply will not do it.
Her cosmetic philosophy emphasizes natural, elegant, and timeless results, using a refined “low and slow” approach that enhances without ever overfilling. Her injections are precise, conservative, and tailored, allowing patients to look like themselves, only refreshed, balanced, and confident.

In addition to medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, Dr. Longwill dedicates significant time to mentoring medical students, PAs, NPs, and residents. Her expertise has been featured across television and media, and she participates in clinical research and medical advisory boards.
Family & Personal Life
Outside the office, Dr. Longwill is a devoted wife, mother of four, and grandmother of three. She enjoys photography, yoga, cooking, and spending time between her homes in Florida and North Carolina.
